FALCON RIDGE LIFETIME WARRANTY

This warranty applies to the original owner and purchaser of new Falcon Ridge mirrors that is believed to have a defect in material and/or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The warranty is void if the damage is due to improper installation, modification, fire, accident, malicious mischief, improper use, road hazards, or hard impacts.

Falcon Ridge does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of the use of the vehicle, cost of towing or transportation, or consequential damage of any type or nature.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

The original purchaser of the Falcon Ridge mirror should contact Falcon Ridge and notify us of any defects and provide any verification of a defect that may be reasonably requested. The mirror must have been installed and maintained in accordance with good industry standards and any Falcon Ridge recommendations.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation or use, modification, fire, accident, malicious mischief, improper use, road hazards, or hard impacts.

LIMITATIONS

In all cases, Falcon Ridge reserves the right to fully satisfy its obligations under the Warranty by refunding the then-current list price of the defective mirror, or a comparable product. This warranty is non-transferable.
